    • Large upfront investments.
  • Operational Expenditure

    • An ongoing cost for running a product, business, or system on a day-to-day basis, including annual costs.
    • Pay-as-you-go
  • Consumption-based Pricing

    • Low usage = Low cost
      • No lock-in fees. Exposure to Azure.
